PTSO Sponsors NMS First Color Run
PTSO is sponsoring an exciting new event for students at North. The very first NMS Color Run will be held on May 6. Permission slips and packets with information about the Color Run were distributed to students on Friday, March 20. If you haven’t seen the packet yet, please ask your child to bring it home for you to review. Please encourage your child to participate in this fun and exciting event. More Information here. Starred 1st Recipients! Congratulations!
Congratulations to our North Middle School District Solo & Ensemble Starred 1st recipients. They performed class A solos and received the highest rating possible. They also perform at our district "Evening of Stars" on Tuesday, March 31st.

NMS State Testing Schedule - Badger 3-8
The new state testing system “Badger 3-8” will begin this spring. Each student will complete two Reading and two Math assessments during the testing block. Testing will be conducted during the hours your child normally has Language Arts and Math classes. Click for updated schedule.

This year North Middle School initiated PBIS, a school-wide program that fosters positive behaviors in our students. The School District of Menomonee Falls believes that the family plays a major role in developmental experiences associated with human growth and development and health education. The schools support both parent/guardian and children in their efforts to gain the knowledge and behaviors that strengthen the family foundation. The responsibility of the schools is to supplement and complement the expectations developed at home and within the community.

What is LINK? LINK is an afterschool, supervised study hall that is available to students who need extra time for homework. It is generally held every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 2:45 – 4:15. Click here to get more details and schedule.

Website for Our Veterans!
7th and 8th Grade Computer Applications students created a website for our North Middle School Veterans Program on May 22nd in North's Auditorium. The websites include information on the wars the United States was involved in, SDMF Artifact Museum, SDMF Veterans programs through the years, and links to other websites on United States History.
Our nation's history is full of brave men and women who had the spirit and integrity to stand up and fight for our freedom. The students at North Middle School never want to forget those sacrifices. Click here.
